1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any services requested from Coastal Clear, a commercial window washing business operating in Surf City, NC and surrounding areas. By submitting a service request through this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Service requests

Submitting a request through our booking form does not guarantee a service appointment or binding contract. All requests are reviewed by our team, and we will follow up within one business day to discuss availability, scope, and pricing. Services are performed on an agreed schedule following direct communication with our team.

Pricing is quote-based and will be confirmed before any work begins. We do not charge for providing a quote.

3. Service area

We currently serve Surf City, Topsail Island, Hampstead, Holly Ridge, and Sneads Ferry, NC. We may accept requests outside this area on a case-by-case basis.

4. Scheduling and cancellation

We work overnight (10pm to 5am). If you need to cancel or reschedule an agreed service, please contact us as early as possible at support@coastalclear.org. We understand that circumstances change and will work with you to find an alternative.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information in any service request. If access to the premises requires specific arrangements (codes, keys, gate access), you are responsible for communicating those details in advance. Coastal Clear is not responsible for delays resulting from inaccessible service areas.

6. Limitation of liability

Coastal Clear will perform services with reasonable care. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage resulting from circumstances outside our control, or indirect losses.
